I have always been fascinated by interior design. Thanks to a keen sense of intuition regarding space and room layout, acquaintances and friends frequently sought my opinion on various aspects of interior design style. I quickly realized that there are quite a lot of people who have a hard time visualizing how to fill an empty space and how to create a harmonious atmosphere in living spaces. My motivation and drive are to fill this void and to imbue home décor with a feeling of serenity, comfort and style. Simply put, this has been my inspiration for RAUMLEVEL.
Essential knowledge and experience
Basic requirements for successful professional interior design are empathy, a sense of style and an instinct for the zeitgeist. This includes creating tasteful color combinations, stylish forms and bringing the right proportions into harmony with existing spaces.
I have consolidated and extended my interior design skills and my assured sense of style in numerous seminars and advanced training courses. These include an IHK-certified course in cooperation with the German Association for Home Staging and REDESIGN (DGHR) as well as advanced training as a FENG SHUI interior design consultant / German FENG SHUI Institute.
Using existing resources to best advantage
Through my successfully completed business administration (business management) studies, commercial and economic aspects are of course always part of the equation.
The challenges of the real estate market
My business administration and banking studies at the DHBW Stuttgart in cooperation with a large German banking house enabled me to learn at first hand the challenges and practicalities of a modern real estate agency. I am very familiar with the exigencies of the real estate market and the demands placed on successful real estate marketing. This background will help to ensure that your property is marketed profitably.
Professional experience
Through many years of experience in the field of internal auditing at a leading world manufacturer of plant and machinery, I have acquired considerable knowledge in the area of auditing and consulting, knowledge which can be wonderfully applied to the areas of INTERIOR REDESIGN as well as FENG SHUI, although auditing.and consulting are now no longer the main focus of my activities, but rather spaces.
In addition, I gained important knowledge in the sales and services segment of a well-known luxury department store in Stuttgart, which was particularly valuable for me in terms of visual marketing and the staging of displays in large areas.
